We realize that there can be many challenges associated with planning a group golf outing such as administrative costs to support coordination efforts, insufficient industry understanding and connections, and lack of working knowledge to support a versatile golf outing. Club & Collar partners with DMC's across the U.S. and can help enhance your overall golf experience by presenting unique offerings, organizing logistics, and minimizing administrative efforts. Destination Managements Companies are an integral part of a corporations outing success. With many responsibilities on the plate of DMC's, we make the golf portion simple, seamless and successful. Club & Collar leverages our relationships with golf course venues to get you the best value and quickest route to booking. We provide venue options with pricing, contract execution and payments to the venue. We take all of the communication worries off your plate with a custom checklist of items that we really from you and your client, to the golf course management team. You may also hire our PGA staff to be with your group on the day of golf to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
You pay one company (that is us) and communicate through one channel.. plain and simple.
We also provide a comprehensive report of your golfer's arrival times, any nuances throughout the day, early guest departures, number of club sets arrived vs rented, and much more.
The following services are optional add-on's
for your golf outing:
1. Email us the inquiry details, including: Name of group, Desired golf date, Number of golfers, Host hotel or resort, Departure/return time to hotel, if they have a preferred golf course and finally, Notate if the business is definite or if bidding for their business
2. We return your venue options and pricing within 1-2 biz days (we negotiate the best wholesale pricing and present you with a fee per golfer, including our service fee)
3. You confirm venue/pricing with your client, we conduct a contract with venue, convert the terms into a simple invoice agreement to you, including pre-ordered f&b & open tabs
4. DMC pays our invoice, we pay the golf course and take care of all communication to the venue from there
5. You will receive a custom checklist that will be due 30 days prior to golf as well as a golfer pairings template that will be due a few days prior to golf (includes rental club notes)
6. Our PGA Professional is on-site before shuttle arrival to ensure everything is set properly and manages smooth flow until all golfers are on the return shuttle
7. The event is not complete until we deliver your event recap report with all happenings, including any unique requests that occurred and arrival/departure times for all golfers (tracking even the ones that decided to head out early in an Uber). Final invoice can usually be sent within 1-5 biz days to include all rental club sets and f&b charges.
